DESIGNER · STRATEGIST · WRITER · THINKING PARTNER
Life has become more complicated than it needs to be.
I explore how the environments, systems, technology, expectations, and everyday choices surrounding us shape the way we live, and how thoughtful design can create more room for what matters.

We spend a lot of time designing the life we want.
We choose where to live, what to do, what to build, who to spend our lives with, and how we hope our days will unfold.
But somewhere along the way, it’s easy to stop asking whether the life we’ve built actually supports the way we want to live.
A life well-designed should support the person living it, not how perfect it looks from the outside.
Your life is being designed every day. Whether you mean to or not.
The spaces around you, the people you spend time with, the technology you use, the information you consume, and even the things you’ve simply learned to tolerate are quietly shaping the way you experience your life.
They influence what gets your attention, what drains your energy, what feels possible, and how much of you is left for the things that matter.
That’s why I don’t believe every problem needs another productivity system. Sometimes we need to change the conditions creating the problem.
The goal is to have enough of yourself left to actually live your life.
Not to perfect it or optimize every inch of it. To have room for the people, experiences, curiosities, and ordinary moments that make it yours.

There has to be a better way
Meet Kerri
This is usually where my work begins.
I notice the friction people have learned to live with. I look for the patterns underneath it. Then I start asking what could make it easier, clearer, or more supportive.
Sometimes the answer is a system or AI. Other times it’s a room, a boundary, a conversation, a better question, or removing something entirely.
The tool changes. The intention doesn’t: create more capacity for what matters.
One philosophy.
Different expressions.

HER FIELD NOTES
The voice
Stories, questions, observations, and rabbit holes about modern life and what it means to live it more intentionally.

HER SIMPLIFIED
Life, thoughtfully designed
Creating more supportive conditions for the way women actually live.

AI to SIMPLIFY
Technology, thoughtfully used
Using AI and systems to reduce friction without outsourcing what makes us human.
Sometimes you don’t need another answer. You need somewhere to think.
Maybe you’re circling a decision, trying to make sense of an idea, or wondering why something that should be working just isn’t. Sometimes there are simply too many pieces moving at once to see clearly.
Bring me the messy version.
We’ll talk it through, notice what keeps surfacing, separate what matters from what doesn’t, and see what becomes clearer when you’re not trying to hold all of it in your own head.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE THINK TOGETHER

The questions I can’t quite leave alone.
Stories, observations, questions, and rabbit holes about better ways to live, work, think, and use technology without letting any of it take over the life we’re trying to live.
